Adapted to today's world, online training allows participants to take the course at their convenience, without having to travel. Designed by a MAPAQ-certified trainer, online training is made up of modules that guide you through the course. Various pedagogical tools such as the Guide to good food hygiene and safety, hypertext links, videos and quizzes are used to help you prepare for the final exam.

Who needs this training ?
People in charge of a facility such as :
- Family daycare services governed by the Loi sur les services de garde éducatifs à l’enfance (9 children or less);
- Non-profit organizations (activities of 30 consecutive days or less);
- Intermediate resources (4 to 9 people);
- Family-type resources (accommodating 4 to 9 people);
- Residences for the elderly (4 to 9 people).

- Work methods to avoid food contamination
- General hygiene principles applicable to anyone who handles food products, materials or equipment that comes into contact with food
- Procedures for cleaning, sanitizing or disinfecting materials and equipment
- Environmental sources of food contamination
Online final evaluation : Remote examination via videoconference.

You have 90 days to complete the entire course, including the exam.
